What to do with the alien creature in Scorn
Come to the alien creature in the car and start moving it. Eventually it will reach another crane gadget with a panel.

Activate the control panel to pierce the spine of the creature. After the frightening scene ends, you can push the mining car again. Do it until you reach the room with a mountain range. The car will stop and blocked in the gadget as it did before.

Using the Sierra
Before you can use the Sierra device in the room, you must first use the central control panel to activate the crane that will move the creature to the other seat. Simply run the crane to the creature, act it and then use the arrow key to move the creature directly to the seat under the mountains.

The creature should now be resting uncomfortably in the seat under the mountains with the rear side (pod) up. Go to the smaller control panel that activates the mountains and click to use it. The back (pod) of the creature will be cut from him and will be released.

Walk towards the creature and clean the rubble on it. Then you will drop the chair and write on the floor. After this sequence ends, it will stand up and follow you.
Guiding the creature
While the creature follows you, walks through the tunnel behind you. You will get to a door that is on your right. There is another of those phallic key implant gadgets that we had to use at the beginning of the game. The creature will fall in front of him, and you must help him get up so that he has a key implanted in itself.

After this, return to the room where you released it through the mountains. Go through the other short tunnel that leads to the giant door and there will be a machine that can activate using its key implant. However, you cannot use this gadget alone, and you must wait for the creature.
