Update 8.11.2021 Below is the current status of 8.11.2021 in Wow Shadow lands Patch 9.1.5. (via)
As soon as you reach the Maximum Level 60 in Wow Shadow lands and explored the new zones, you can join a pact. Each of the four pacts offers its champions a base capacity, class-specific ability, ribs and cosmetic rewards as well as access to a pact access that can gradually be unlocked by an epic campaign and other activities.
The pact depends, among other things, depends on which class or specialization you choose. But other factors play in the decision. There are several legendary items, soul gangs, reinforcing media within the soul gang, and the synergy facts under all these variables as well as in the group match must also be considered if they seek the optimum.
